The REDARC Smart Start® SBI1212 is a microprocessor-controlled battery isolator which can be used in most dual battery systems as a solenoid priority system. It will do the job of protecting the start battery excessive electrical discharge, whilst allowing the auxiliary battery to supply non-essential loads such as fridges, chargers auxiliary lighting and much much more. The SBI212 will provide 12 volt DC incorporating 200A of continuous ratings.

This isolator is designed for any on and offroader even commercial applications. Redarc has incorporated electrical components that will prevent the solenoid from generating high voltage transients. Better than any other diode battery isolator due to the voltage drop associated with the diode type insolation. Features a low standby current draw and inbuilt with a sophisticated dual-detection with LED operation indicator which would ward the user of faults including over-voltage, voltage drop and excessive current draw conditions.
